Next Generation Clubs high energy classes are high calorie workouts and great fun at the same time. If you’re looking to burn calories and tone the body together, these are the classes for you.
Choose Your Class
We understand that everyone likes to exercise differently and we have an extensive range of high energy classes to choose from. Here’s a selection of some of the classes available:
High Energy Studio Classes
Abs – work those abs and lower back muscles in this class for all levels
Bodyattack® - uses interval training techniques to let you reach and extend your endurance limits
Bodycombat® - a fiercely energetic program inspired by martial arts, drawing from karate, boxing, tai-chi and other disciplines
Bootcamp – Back to basics interval training - army style designed to work the whole body
Boxing – non-contact partner exercise with focus mitts using boxing combinations and defensive moves
Circuit – a station based workout to burn calories fast using interval training
Combo – involves cardio, step, light weights and ball in an easy to follow class
Step – utilising choreographed moves on and around the step to develop fitness, co-ordination and lower body toning
Cycle Classes
Cycle – using a variety of standing and seating positions to put you though your paces
RPM® - to the beat of powerful music leading the pack through a variety of terrains
(Some classes may not be available in all clubs and Les Mills classes are not available in NZ clubs)
