Next Generation Clubs mind body classes are very different to gym workouts and high intensity exercise classes. Improve your flexibility and keep your whole self in perfect harmony as you feel the stress leave your body as you relax in the calm surroundings.

Choose Your Class

Take some ‘me’ time out of your day and re-invigorate yourself. Here’s a selection of some of the classes available:

Body Flow – combining Tai Chi, Pilates and Yoga, incorporating core-strength, flexibility and mind body movement

Pilates – specialised mat exercises that improve core stability, abdominal and back strength, flexibility and postural alignment

Yoga – align the body, improve posture and develop strength using body resistance while incorporating good breathing patterns
