If you like to mix cardio with strength, you’ll love the strength and conditioning classes at Next Generation Clubs. Here’s a selection of some of the classes available:
Aqua – a cardio and strength workout to music in the pool, ideal for non-swimmers, pre-post natal and injury recovery
Bodypump® - a total weight training workout with low weights and high reps to build all muscle groups using proven gym and weights exercises
Combo – involves cardio, step, light weights and ball in an easy to follow class
Sculpt – a low impact class great for full body toning using low hand weights
