To help we’ve designed a range of free taster and information sessions to get you maximising your membership. Existing members looking to try out a new area of the club are more than welcome to also attend any of our free sessions.

Exercise Welcome

This one-on-one session is ideal for those starting out or looking to get the most out of their gym experience. Discover how to use the gym equipment safely and effectively and receive a tailored programme based on your goals and objectives. If you’re looking for a new challenge from your exercise routine, simply book in again for a new personalised programme.

Group Exercise Welcome

So you’re interested in our huge range of exercise classes but don’t know which to attend? Come along to our Group Exercise Welcome and learn about the different range of classes available, with advice on the best options for you based on your goals and interests.
