We offer the flexibility of one hour or 30 minute personal training sessions with the following options available for members:
One-off Individual Sessions
- Great opportunity to get started
- See what personal training is all about
- Learn new techniques and improve posture
- Can be used to support an existing exercise programme
10 Pack Sessions
- Ideal for a short term goal (e.g. upcoming event or holiday)
- Reverse bad habits and improve form and technique
- Work with your trainer to design a programme to achieve your goals
- Receive support and guidance
20 Pack Sessions
- Ideal for ongoing training motivation or longer term goals
- Work with your trainer to design a programme to achieve your goals
- Use multiple sessions each week and see results faster
- Receive support and guidance throughout
Group PT
Group personal training is a great way to achieve the benefits of personal training and is available in groups of two, three or four people for one hour sessions. Hook up with your mates or family and share your progress together as our trainers put you all through your paces.
