If you’re looking to lose a few kilos, body fat or have an upcoming event, the Lose It programme is for you. Your personal trainer will work with you combining resistance and cardio training to maximise your results and help increase self-esteem, reduce stress and provide an energy pick-me-up.

Fix It for safe and effective rehabilitation from injury

If you have a current injury or are hampered by a previous injury, the Fix It programme will help you get fit again. Whether you’re rehabilitating from an injury, have back or neck problems or are looking to improve posture, your personal trainer will give you one-to-one support, motivating and instructing you in a safe programme of rehabilitation and fitness.

Fight It for the speed and fitness benefits of boxing training

Whether you’re male or female, the Fight It programme is a great fun way to tone and build your whole body. The programme will develop your endurance, speed, agility, flexibility and self defence - all while wearing boxing gloves. Boxing is an amazing form of cross-training, combining aerobic and anaerobic workouts and enhances your senses, including coordination, balance and timing. It can even reduce stress and give a massive boost to your self-confidence.
