Improved Cardiovascular Fitness
With an extensive range of state-of-the-art cardiovascular exercise equipment, you’ll find no shortage of options in our gyms. Alternatively, try some of our high energy fitness classes, such as Step and introduce some resistance work through Combo. Why not hit the courts and take part in Tennis Workout; no tennis experience is necessary.
Increased Muscle Tone
No matter what shape you want to be, attend an Exercise Welcome and we‘ll create a programme tailored to you. If you’re looking to concentrate on a specific area, our personal trainers can help you get there if you’d like some additional support. Our Sculpt class is also great for full body toning using low hand weights.
General Strength
If you’re looking to bulk up or increase your general strength, a gym based resistance based programme is the best approach to take. There’s no need to be daunted if you’re new to resistance training; our extensive resistance and free weights sections will have you looking good in no time and our gym staff are always on hand to provide help and advice.
Injury Rehabilitation
If you’ve been advised that exercise will help your rehabilitation, we can help devise a programme to get you back on track. Many of our personal trainers also specialise in injury rehabilitation and can help you recover from niggling or sports injuries. Outside of the gym our pools are also ideal for low impact rehabilitation.
